Our project merges Tanzanian fashion with a purpose. We tackle unemployment by creating jobs in production, design, and sales, improving living standards. Initially dedicated to empowering women from challenging backgrounds, the project expanded to benefit the entire community.
Our volunteer program aims to enhance lives through handicrafts, entrepreneurship, and the expertise of volunteers.
Our vision is to break the cycle of hardship in our community by addressing societal challenges that hindered education. We aim to empower those affected by early pregnancies, female oppression, and financial constraints, offering opportunities for academic achievement.
Through our social enterprise, we provide economic empowerment, breaking barriers and creating a pathway to education, economic stability, and personal growth.
Ultimately, we strive to be a positive force for change in our community, uplifting individuals towards a brighter and more equitable future.

Our workshop, nestled in the secure and lush neighborhood of Moshono in Arusha, Tanzania, is not just a workplace—it’s a gateway to a unique Tanzanian experience. Just 2.8km from the bustling city center, it’s easily accessible by public transport or taxi. No special equipment is needed—just your enthusiasm.
What to Expect?
Your journey here promises no typical days. As you arrive each morning, you’ll discuss your day’s agenda with your supervisor. While office work is the primary focus, you’ll also have ample opportunities to learn the art of weaving, jewelry-making, and more.
Engage with your colleagues, immerse yourself in Tanzanian society, and understand the challenges faced by its people. This is more than volunteering; it’s a chance to be part of a transformative experience, living the Tanzanian life while contributing to a thriving business in Africa.
During your free-time, we offer a diverse array of engaging activities at budget-friendly volunteer rates, ensuring a memorable experience for all participants:
- Hiking/Walking Tours: Explore breathtaking landscapes, including visits to waterfalls, scenic forest trails, and lakeside walks.
- Swimming in Paradise: Take a dip in the rejuvenating Hot Springs while enjoying a stunning view of majestic Mt. Kilimanjaro.
- Cultural Tours: Immerse yourself in the rich traditions of the Maasai people with visits to vibrant markets and the opportunity to connect with different ethnic groups.
- Coffee Plantation Tour: Delve into the fascinating journey from coffee bean to the finished product on an insightful tour of a local plantation.
- Safaris on the Northern Circuit: Embark on thrilling safaris to renowned national parks, including Arusha NP, Lake Manyara NP, Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.
